International 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' Trailer Has a Bunch of New Footage, Highlights Humor
While that original trailer focused primarily on the growing threat that Spidey faced (simple things like Electro, the Rhino, the Green Goblin and the possibility of the Sinister Six), the international trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 highlights the humor that director Marc Webb and Andrew Garfield have infused into their version of the character. Webb and Garfield did a great job with this in the last movie, so I'm glad to see that they haven't let up for the sequel. Spider-Man called Electro "Sparkles" is a nice touch.
Hopefully no one heard Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy call Spider-Man "Peter" at the end of the trailer.
