'Neighbors' Trailer Pits Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne Against Zac Efron and Dave Franco

By the looks of the new trailer for Neighbors that hit the Internet on Wednesday, Seth Rogen and Zac Efron have put together one funny looking movie. Rogen and Rose Byrne play a married couple who have their peaceful suburban existence ruined when a frat led by Efron and Dave Franco's characters moves in next door.

Neighbors is directed by Nicholas Stoller, the man who helmed Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The Five-Year Engagement and the most recent and upcoming Muppet movies. Based on the new trailer for Neighbors, I'm guessing this movie will be closer to what Stoller did with Forgetting Sarah Marshall than The Muppets. Just a hunch.

Neighbors stars Rogen, Efron, Byrne, Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Lisa Kudrow, Ike Barinholtz and Jake Johnson. It opens on May 9, 2014.
