Prince Will Play Himself in 'New Girl' Super Bowl Episode

Prince will appear on New Girl's post-Super Bowl, episode playing a version of himself who comes between Jess and Nick. E! Online broke the casting news on Friday, noting that "Prince is a fan of New Girl and asked to come on the show a while ago."

I'm struggling to picture Prince sitting at home watching New Girl in his living room like us common folk, but if he's a fan, good for him. Maybe he'll bring Beyonce with him and stage an episode of The Prince Show.

The music icon is the latest in a long line of guest stars New Girl has scored. Adam Brody will play an ex-boyfriend of Jess' in an upcoming episode.
