Teaser for 'Doctor Who' Christmas Special Promises One Last Bow for Matt Smith

The BBC released a new teaser for the Doctor Who Christmas special on Wednesday. The special, titled The Time of the Doctor, pits The Doctor against many of his greatest alien foes and will be the final episode starring Matt Smith as the famous Time Lord.

It's not really a spoiler to reveal that The Time of the Doctor will show Smith's Eleventh Doctor regenerate into David Capaldi's Twelfth Doctor. I mean, there's even a Dalek running around yelling about it in the teaser.

The Time of the Doctor will air on BBC One on Christmas Day.
