THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT Announces First Week of Guests, Lights Up Marquee
Stephen Colbert has lined up quite the roster of guests for his first week as host of The Late Show. (Interesting note: CBS has added "The" to the show's title, something that was missing during David Letterman's tenure.) The network announced Colbert's first group of guests on Monday.
Tuesday, Sept. 8: George Clooney, Jeb Bush, Jon Batiste and Stay Human
Wednesday, Sept. 9: Scarlett Johansson, Elon Musk, Kendrick Lamar
Thursday, Sept. 10: Travis Kalanick, Toby Keith
Friday, Sept. 11: Amy Schumer, Stephen King, Troubled Waters
CBS also lit up Colbert's marquee on the Ed Sullivan Theater for the first time.
