'Jurassic World' Honors Richard Attenborough's John Hammond
When Jurassic World hits theaters next years, fans of the franchise will return to a world they've loved since 1993. Sadly, Richard Attenborough won't be there too. The actor and director passed away this week, but Jurassic World still found a way to honor him.
Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow tweeted a picture on Monday of a statue in honor of John Hammond, Attenborough's Jurassic Park character. With Jurassic World already shooting, this statue wasn't created after Attenborough's death but was already a part of the movie. Still, a fitting tribute.
