Perlman is no stranger to Marvel Studios. She previously co-wrote Guardians of the Galaxy with James Gunn. LeFauve is also a Disney veteran, penning the script for Pixar's Inside Out with Pete Docter and Josh Cooley.
Captain Marvel is set to hit theaters on Nov. 2, 2018.
