Go Out and Buy a Tiny Chris Pratt: JURASSIC WORLD LEGO Sets Hit Stores Today

Jurassic World doesn't hit theaters for another month, but beginning today you can add the characters and vehicles from the movie to your LEGO collection. Oh, and the dinosaurs. That's what everyone is really interested in, right?

The Jurassic World LEGO theme boasts six brand new sets, ranging from $19.99 to $129.99. In addition to a bunch of LEGO dinosaurs, the Jurassic World sets bring the chance to add yet another Chris Pratt minifigure to your collection. With the addition of Owen from Jurassic World to Emmet from The Lego Movie and Star-Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy, Pratt joins a small list of actors who have three or more minifigs based on themselves.

Pteranodon Capture (#75915 RRP $19.99/£19.99 174 pieces)

Pteranodon Capture is the smallest set of the bunch. It's a good way to get two minifigs and a dinosaur, not mention a new helicopter .. which would come in handy in case your LEGO city every gets hit with by a dinosaur attack.

Dilophosaurus Ambush (#75916 RRP $29.99/£29.99 248 pieces)

OK, so there's a nice-looking truck in the Dilophosaurus Ambush, but the highlight of this set has to be the bubble car that Gray rides in. From what we've seen in the trailers for Jurassic World, that bubble truck eventually meets its demise thanks to a dinosaur much bigger than the dilophosaurus ...

Raptor Escape (#75920 RRP £39.99)

OK, so Raptor Escape has raptors, but it's missing Pratt's character and a motorcycle. The set is still a good way to pick up a few additional dinosaurs once you get the next set and need some more company for Owen while he's on his motorcycle.

Raptor Rampage (#75917 RRP $49.99£49.99 324 pieces)

This set is the one that I'm most excited about. Not only does Raptor Rampage come with Pratt's character, Owen, but it also comes with the two trained raptors and motorcycle you need to reenact that awesome scene from the Jurassic World trailer that has Owen riding with a pack of raptors. This is going to be the most popular of all the sets from this theme.

T-Rex Tracker (#75918 RRP $69.99/£59.99 520 pieces)

Raptors and a Chris Pratt minifig on a motorcycle are cool, but how do you compare to a LEGO T-rex? Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow recently revealed that the T-rex in this movie is actually the dinosaur we saw terrorize the island in the original Jurassic Park movie. (That's not a spoiler — Trevorrow has been pretty open about the fact that Jurassic World takes place on the same island as Jurassic Park). Buy this set, break out a few of your tiny LEGO cups, fill them up with a few drops of water and use the dinosaur from T-Rex Tracker to send some terrifying ripples through that water.

Indominus Rex Breakout (#75919 RRP $129.99/£99.99 1,156 pieces)

Once you have a LEGO T-rex, you're gonna need a worthy opponent to challenge her. Indominus Rex Breakout has that challenger — the genetically engineered dinosaur villain of Jurassic World. While the T-rex has been mysteriously missing from the promotional materials for this movie, the Indominus Rex has been all over the place. This is the perfect dinosaur to lead the biggest Jurassic World set.
