Chris Pine Joins 'Horrible Bosses' Sequel

Kevin Spacey and Colin Farrell won't be back for Horrible Bosses 2, but New Line is ready to beam up a new actor to play the villain in the upcoming sequel. According to Variety, the studio has closed a deal with Star Trek Into Darkness actor Chris Pine to play "half of a father-son duo who steal the main characters’ idea for a new invention."

Reports from last week revealed that New Line had originally hoped to sign Christoph Waltz to play the father, but Waltz's schedule was too busy. No word on who'll play Pine's character's dad now.

Horrible Bosses 2 will reunite Jason Sudeikis, Jason Bateman and Charlie Day, with Sex Drive and That's My Boy (ugh) director Sean Anders helming the movie.
