Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro Face Off in New 'Grudge Match' Posters

Thanks to my (at least) weekly movie theater trips, I've had to sit through the trailer for Grudge Match more times than I would like to admit. Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro play past-their-prime boxers who once had a bitter rivalry in the ring. After their two fights, Henry "Razor" Sharp (yes, his last name is conveniently "Sharp") and Billy "The Kid" McGuigan had each won one match.

From what I've gathered from the trailer for Grudge Match, the two boxers wind up old and poor, and eventually get roped into fighting each other one final time, a grudge match, if you will. The movie wastes little time winking at Stallone and De Niro's previous boxing movies, even including a joke about being at the butcher's just to buy meat, not fight it in the trailer.

Grudge Match comes out on Dec. 25. It stars Stallone, De Niro, Kevin Hart, Alan Arkin, Kim Basinger and Jon Bernthal.
