Alice Eve to Star Alongside Chris Evans in '1:30 Train,' His Directorial Debut
In today's Hollywood, it seems like every actor wants to be a director. Joseph Gordon-Levitt has Don Jon. Dustin Hoffman has Quartet. Angelina Jolie has In the Land of Blood and Honey. Chris Evans will soon join this group with 1:30 Train, and he'll be bringing Star Trek Into Darkness star Alice Eve along for the ride.
According to TheWrap, the Captain America and Avengers star will make his directorial debut with 1:30 Train, a movie about "two people who meet in a train station and share a night of romantic adventures before the woman must catch the next train back to New York." Evans and Eve will play the leads, a "down-on-his-luck saxophone player" and the woman he helps and falls for.
1:30 Train doesn't have a release date yet, but TheWrap reports that Evans plans on shooting it before he's needed for The Avengers: Age of Ultron.
