Zac Efron Joins Dwayne Johnson in BAYWATCH Movie
He's captained a high school (musical) basketball team and led a frat into battle against an outmatched suburban couple. Zac Efron will next patrol the California coastline in the upcoming Baywatch movie. The Hollywood Reporter reported that Efron is in talks to join Dwayne Johnson in the movie, but Johnson took to Twitter to confirm the news himself.
BIG NEWS: Welcoming my dude @ZacEfron to #BAYWATCH. Our movie will be big, fun and RATED R.. Like me when I drink. https://t.co/8DPMJSEG9K

Efron has rebounded nicely from his Disney Channel image, surprising audiences with his knack for humor opposite Seth Rogen in Neighbors. The actor will be back for the sequel, which will also star Chloe Grace Moretz and is allegedly titled Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.
Horrible Bosses director Seth Gordon is set to helm the Baywatch movie, which makes total sense when you see Johnson tweeting about the movie being R rated.
