Conan O'Brien Will Put You in Timeout for Starting a Harlem Shake Video

Let's be honest here, if you're still making Harlem Shake videos, you've missed the train on that trend. Conan O'Brien realizes this, airing on sketch on Tuesday's episode of Conan that involved staff writer Deon Cole starting a Harlem Shake video in the Conan offices, only to have O'Brien send him to timeout ... and then fire everyone involved.

I'm pretty sure Cole was speaking for O'Brien's comedy sensibilities when he said that videos like the Harlem Shake are the "main cause of our country's cultural, moral and financial decay." Cole was also dead on when he added that the Harlem Shake "was already old when The Today Show did it three weeks ago." Hear that kids on college campuses plotting to make your own version of the meme? Knock it off.
