Cameron Diaz Tweets a Pic of Herself as 'Annie' Remake's Miss Hannigan

Cameron Diaz is new to Twitter, but the actress has already figured out how to get fans talking. On Tuesday, Diaz tweeted a pic of herself as Miss Hannigan in the upcoming remake of Annie, writing, "I want you to meet someone. Her name is Ms. Hannigan. She ain't nice and she ain't pretty."

This Annie remake was originally the movie that Will Smith bought for his daughter, Willow, but after she dropped out, the part went to a deserving actress, Oscar nominee Quvenzhane Wallis. Smith is still on board as a producer, with Jay Z by his side. Mr. Beyonce will also write a few songs for the movie.

In addition to Diaz (who got the role after Sandra Bullock passed) and Wallis, Annie will star Jamie Foxx, Bobby Carnavale, Rose Byrne and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje. Will Gluck directs the movie, which is scheduled to hit theaters on Dec. 19, 2014.
