Andy Samberg and The Lonely Island Are Bringing Their Movie to Theaters in June 2016

Next June, fans of The Lonely Island are going to have to take a break from cutting holes in boxes — the trio's movie is set to hit theaters on June 3, 2016.

The movie, which we're currently calling Top Secret Untitled Lonely Island Movie, will star Andy Samberg, Jorma Taccone and Akiva Schaffer. After years of making groundbreaking Digital Shorts for Saturday Night Live, the Lonely Island members have teamed up with Judd Apatow, who will produce their movie.

Samberg will play a former boy band member who has to pull off a reunion concert with his former bandmates. Sarah Silverman is also on board to play Samberg's character's agent.
