New Image From 'Hard R' DEADPOOL

The fact that there's a rated-R Deadpool movie actually happening is still hard to believe. Ryan Reynolds himself is still talking about how thrilled he is that Deadpool is a reality, thanks to that test footage that leaked online last year.

Entertainment Weekly writes that Reynolds is so thrilled that he's finally playing a real version of Deadpool, that he wants to kiss whoever leaked that test footage. "And not just a little kiss," Reynolds told EW, "but full on the mouth, sloppy, with tongue, for two straight minutes on live television, without commercial interruption. And then I'll buy you dinner at Red Lobster, at least and dessert."

EW released a new image from Deadpool in its Comic-Con issue, showing off the character in full costume and armed to the non-visible teeth.

When Deadpool began production, there was some concern that the movie would wind up being watered down to score a PG-13 rating. Reynolds has already put those fears to rest, and producer Simon Kinberg offered EW reassurance too.

"Deadpool is a hard R," Kinberg told EW. "It's graphic. Nothing is taboo. You either commit to a truly outrageous boundary-pushing kind of movie or you don't."

Deadpool opens on Feb. 12.
