Jon Favreau Cooks Up the First Trailer for 'Chef'

After spending a few years in the big Marvel movie machine, Jon Favreau is getting back to his roots as an indie director with Chef. Favreau both directs and stars in Chef, playing a cook who failed to make good on his dream of opening his own restaurant and winds up starting a food truck instead.

Favreau is working with a bunch of his Iron Man 2 cast on Chef, reteaming with Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr. and Garry Shandling. The rest of the cast is filled out by Sofia Vergara, John Leguizamo, Oliver Platt, Bobby Cannavale and Dustin Hoffman. The movie is set to open on May 9.
